Required background screening for anyone employed by the WWFY that will be accessing the WWFY Facility.
As a third-party organization contracted with the WWFY, you are required to conduct background screening for yourself, or anyone employed by your organization that will be accessing the WWFY Facility. This background screening must include the following:
- Federal Multi-State Criminal records search
- County Criminal Search
- A national sex offender registry check
- SS Check
If you are unable to provide this screening to your employees and would like the WWFY to conduct the background screening on your behalf, please check the applicable box:

If the Third-Party Organization does conduct the background screening, WWFY does reserve the right to request this documentation to confirm the standards have been met.
The WWFY reserves the right to deny entry into the facility any individual who does not pass the screening requirements.
