To ensure that architecture does not compromise supervision, the Facilities Director or their designee will be responsible for conducting monthly site walks utilizing the Facility Monitoring Checklist.  

Facility Monitoring Checklist: 

1. All unused rooms, offices, storage areas and closets are locked. 
2. Restrooms are clean and appropriately stocked with items (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels)? 
3. There are no potential hazards in the hallways and common areas (i.e. Fitness Center, Studios)? 
4. Are the heat and air conditioning working properly throughout the facility? 
5. Are all the cameras within the facility and on the property functioning appropriately? 
6. Are the facility grounds free from potential hazards? 
7. Has the garbage been emptied at the outdoor locations?
